*Bactrim (Sulfamethoxazole/Trimeth) 800mg/160mg - For the prevevention of pneumonia
Cytoxan (Cyclophosphamide) 60mg/Kg - High powered chemotherapy to kill the bone marrow
Ativan (lorazepam) .5 -1mg - Helps prevent nausea and puts you to sleep
Allopurinal (Zyloprim) 300mg - Protects against kidney stones
Zophran (ondansetron) - 16mg - Helps prevent nausea
Torecan (thiethylperazine) 10mg -Helps prevent nausea
*Cyclosorine - 400mg/day - helps prevent host versus graph disease
*Diflucan (fluconazole) - 360mg - helps prevent fungal infections
Ondansetron - 16mg - helps prevent nausea
Methotrexate - 24mg - a chemotherapy that keeps the GVHD at bay
*Acyclovir - 1600mg/day - helps prevent viruses
Potassium Phosphate - 21mm - when potas gets low
Levofloxacin - 750mg - helps prevent bacterial infections
Cefixime - 2 g - helps prevent/clear up a bacteria infection
Morphine Sulfate - 2.5mg per hour/24hours a day with PCA button to put in 2.0 grams in instantly
*Folic Acid - 1mg/day - Helps body produce red blood cells and platlets
*Centrum Silver (multivitamin with low iron) - 1 per day - to supplement my diet
*Docusate Sodium - 250 - 500 mg/day - a stool softener to prevent constipation
*Allegra (Fexofenadine) - 180mg/day - an allergy medication being used to help my stuffy nose
*Aciphex (Rabeprazole) - 20mg/day - "The little pill that works".  Used to help prevent heartburn
Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) - 25 - 50 mg/day - As needed for itching, sleeping or runny nose
Prochlorperazine Maleate - 5mg - as needed for nausea
*Extra Strength Maalox - 60ml/day - to replace magnesium
